Some treasures
that I've cherished here
so long and lovingly,
can't be compared
with treasures that
God has prepared for me.
The ink may fade
from letters dear,
and cherished china break;
but we must look beyond the past
and live for Jesus' sake;
hold lightly
to these finite things,
